Creation of a custom-made 45-minute show with three actors for a training session organized to help healthcare professionals improve relations with patients and their families.
After observing four different departments and interviewing healthcare professionals and patients, an actor/writer designed a show highlighting the challenges around patient relations.
The show was put on four times in front of an audience of both healthcare professionals and patients. Epéus helped host the post-show debates and took the feedback onboard in “real time” to improvise some alternative end scenarios.
